Sole group of investors is willing to increase application of Human work and this is that of direct and indirect workers. This group has no capital and wants to gain its own income. There is great experience on the investments based on the own work. We have recently commemorated the 150 years of co-operation movements when the workers received in their ownership the United Airlines employing 75 000 persons.
In unemployed people some internal restrictions occur against undertaking job. A psychologist from one of the foundations showed two examples for characterisation of unemployed people:
“Now at least I can cook the dinner for my children and also follow their studies! I do not need a boss standing behind my back!”
 After some time writing curriculum vitae, making efforts and waiting so much time the unemployed people will be quiet and feel decreasing stress-level. They do not want work in the future in accordance with instructions by other people.
A lot of “forced” entrepreneurs and bankruptcies occur, as a consequence.
What is the reason? For managing an enterprise it is not enough to have the relevant Technical knowledge – there are other needs, for example knowledge of legal regulations, accounting rules, commercial relations, capabilities for communication, decision making, and finally the knowledge on the capital and effects of economic controls. A lot of people loose remaining existence during reimbursing credits and paying the taxes.
The idea of co-operation has been suffering a lot because of past poor practice. Furthermore the co-operation principle does not enhance individual success demands.
What would be the solution? Nowadays people have been dealing a lot with non-profit enterprises and offer their help for foundations and associations – free meals, space for homeless people, curing old people, delivery of meals, etc. This means that the service offering and its customer get into close relation from the same circle. Feeling the solidarity would be a good basis of these forms but they are unable to operate without some support, i.e. with the hope that the invested capital works properly.
  For that reason we are proposing connection of Technical development to providing possibility for unemployed people to gain some income. The individual capabilities and voluntary undertaking for perform the tasks creates actually operated co-operations.
