Designing FONO we tried to take into consideration all that is essential for good ambience and what fits our manifold programs.
The chief attraction of the antechamber is the colourful wall with etno-patterns resembling primeval pictographs painted by Marcell Kelemen and his pupils.
This wall does not disconnect the inner space, it induces us to browse among the CDs with a cup of coffee or a sandwich or just to sit and chat while listening to some good music.

We assembled the material of the CD shop in a way that the enthusiastic supporters of traditional folk, jazz, etno-jazz, or blues should all find large assortment and of high standard. As far as possible we furnish ourselves with rare records, even locating records to the desire of our guests.

The buffet s offer includes tea and coffee specialities, refreshments, bottled and draught beer, wines, cold and warm sandwiches, salads. The buffet seats 60 persons and is suitable for organising receptions, exhibitions, and special programs.

The auditorium hall holds 150-200 persons. It lends itself particularly well to prepare recording since its acoustic parameters are specially good. The studio is an integral part of the auditorium where we record the concerts, the atmosphere of the irreproducible musical events - by audiophile technique. Acting in unison with the musicians FONO Records issues the best recordings on CD or cassette. Besides this the hall is suitable for the production of literary works, for the organisation of conferences, lectures. For these occasions the hall is leasable. For the accommodation of the performers there is a rehearsal room, a dressing-room, and a shower behind the stage.
