My name is Horváth Levente József I was born in on July 17^th , 1989. I am 13 years old. My parents are in Nagyvárad where they were born. My mother and father aren’t married. Two of the children were born in Nagyvárad and one in Déva. My father worked in a coal mine, but the mine went bankrupt. My mother is a florist, but now she works somewhere else. My father often drinks whiskey, and thus my mother left him. He loves us a lot. I have five siblings: one brother and four sisters. All of my siblings are here in Déva. I am here since first grade. I came here because for a long time, my parents haven’t had enough money. The priest (Father Csaba) visited me once and offered to take us into the school. Everyone wanted to go, including myself.

My name is Tarsoly Norbert . I came from Nagyvárad, and I am 15 years old. My parents are retired and live in Nagyvárad. I have six siblings: three brothers and three sisters. Five of us our in Déva, and I feel good here. I like to play sports and to sing. I have been here now for eight years. Everyone is kind and treats me well here. My oldest brother works here as a foster parent. I am an eighth grader, and sometimes I like to study a lot, but there are times when it doesn’t work at all. I am here because my mother gets very little retirement money, and my mother doesn’t get any retirement money. There are seven in our family. In the winter it is hard to live, and we have to buy a lot of things. In this way, it is easier for my parents, and it is good for us here too. I hope that I stay here for a long time, finish school, and start working. It is a great opportunity for me to be here. Thank you.

My name is Kakucs Sándor I attend 2nd grade, and I am 8 years old. I really like to go to school. My favorite subjects are math and music. I like to read, especially stories. I like it here a lot in Déva, and I’ve been here for three years. I came from Marosvásárhely. I like my classmates, and now we are awaiting St. Nicholas Day. My favorite animals are horses and rabbits. I am striving to study well.
