3. To publish, spread and sell periodicals, magazines and newspapers. To found libraries as well as radio and TV stations, within legal limits.
4. To organize retreats, pilgrimages and summer camps in the Christian spirit.
5. To protect and restore religious and historical monuments.
6. To provide charitable assistance to the needy, pupils, university students and large families by funding scholarships, awards and continuing professional training; to give material assistance to noble purposes.
7. To organize exhibitions, festivals, and literary and artistic competitions.
8. To protect the environment and to create protected areas while obeying the existing laws.
