Tibor Várnagy Born in 1957. Ever since its foundation in 1983 he has run the Liget Gallery, in addition to initiating dozens of shows in various other locations, in provincial towns  and abroad. On top of his work in art management, he has published several articles and essays. He was a founding member of the artists group „Deputy Parchers”, with whom he helped organizing about one hundred exhibitions and other events . In addition, he took part as an individual artist in several exhibitions both home and abroad: one of the latest was held in the Bolt Gallery under the title ‘Poverty is not Illegal: EXISTENTIA’, the material of which has also been published in book format. Received Studio Grand Prize, and Exquisite Hungarian Book Prize in 1996.
