Exactly what kinds of activities are recorded is set in the server options setting in QuickDNS Manager. While the ability to review logs in the QuickDNS Manager program is limited in how many K of log it will retrieve for a server, the server log can be as long as 2 gigabytes. You can delete the existing log at any time by selecting the Clear Log button from the top of the Log Window. The server will generate a confirmation dialog before deleting the log.

It is generally wise to periodically reset the log to prevent the log size from becoming prohibitive.
