The second example is very similar to the first with one primary difference. In this case the person running the zone only has one name server, so they use their ISP as their secondary name server.

Note that there is no need for an A Record for the ISP’s name server because a zone should never have an A record for a hostname that is outside of it. Otherwise this is identical to the first example.
