2^nd page: is the sheet torn or clean cut along the edge?

the text should be placed around mid height aligned to the fore edge*. the fore edge should be uncut as it used to be with old books. in the image at the bottom, i use arial but please use the same font, size and color as your default font. page numbers should also run as they do through out the whole book.

*the fore edge is the vertical edge of the book opposite the spine.
