    What is APRAIS?

     

    • APRAIS is a unique 360°relationship measurement and management system structured around on-line qualitative and quantitative data collection
    • The core of the system is the Relationship Monitor, a bank of around 120 questions, covering all agency disciplines, and the client performance
    • The process takes approximately 6 weeks and after this time the teams are clearly able to understand the strengths and issues across the breadth of their relationship and so take steps for improvement
    • APRAIS delivers a single score, the APRAIS Performance Indicator, which can be used as one of the criteria in performance based bonus schemes

    Stage 1
    The Set Up and Structure Meeting

    • Collaborative meeting where both teams agree how the APRAIS system will be applied to meet the individual needs of their relationship
    • Specifically:
      • How the disciplines are to be weighted
      • What the weightings of each of the individual questions will be.
      • Who will participate
      • What benchmarks are available and applicable

    Stage 2
    Relationship Monitor Completion

    • Personal
      • Individual emails are sent out to all participants with full online instructions on how to complete them
    • Simple
      • Each question is answered by clicking along a sliding scale and qualitative input is encouraged at the end of each discipline via a freeform comment box
    • Confidential
      • Each individual questionnaire is protected by a unique passcode
      • Additionally no scores or comments are ever attributed to a named individual

      • On average it takes 60 mins for completion
      • We allow 2 weeks for responding so that we are analysing the relationship from a consistent stand point

    • For one relationship, the basic annual package comprises of two Relationship Monitor rounds. This price includes:
      • Establishing agency/client appraisal criteria, participants and weighting of Disciplines and Questions.
      • Setting up of the relationship data on the APRAIS system and the issuing to participants of instructions for questionnaire completion plus their personalised questionnaire.
      • Monitoring and collection of completed questionnaires for analysis by APRAIS Data Centre.
      • Analysis and interpretation of findings including comparing and contrasting views and basic benchmarking.
      • Presentation of results to Client/Agency group. Facilitation of action plan preparation.
      • Help in preparing action plan
      • Regular control and collaboration in realization
