A LÉTMINIMUM TÁRSULÁS PROGRAM-VÁZLATA

    1. A LÉTMINIMUM MINDENKIT MEGILLET.

    a) A Létminimumnál nem lehet alacsonyabb a minimálbér, a GYES, a GYED, a nyugdíj, a rokkantnyugdíj és a munkanélküli segély.
    b) A Létminimum a munkanélküliség teljes időtartamára jár.
    c) A Létminimumból élők nem fizetnek személyi jövedelemadót és egészség- és nyugdíjbiztosításuk ingyenes.
    d) A Létminimumból élők bármilyen egyéb jövedelme levonódik a Létminimum összegéből.

    2. SEMLEGES MAGYARORSZÁG, HADSEREG NÉLKÜL.

    a) Magyarország szorgalmazza a teljes leszerelést és a Közép-Európai, Hadseregmentes, Semleges Zóna kialakítását.
    b) Magyarország minden nemzetközi konfliktusát az ENSZ-hez, illetve a nemzetekfeletti bíróságokhoz utalja; a biztonságot az ENSZ garantálja.
    c) Magyarország – szükség esetén – egészségügyi egységeket bocsát az ENSZ rendelkezésére.
    d) A magyarországi hadiipar, az azzal társuló ipar és a fegyverkereskedelem leépítése.

    3. A TERMÉSZET- TELEPÜLÉS- ÉS KISEBBSÉG-VÉDELEM ÖSSZEHANGOLÁSA.

    a) Képviseleti Demokrácia helyett Közvetlen Demokrácia.
    b) A kultúra, az önkormányzati oktatási intézmények, az autonóm közösségek, a kommunikációs infrastruktúra és a környezetbarát gazdaság fokozott önkormányzati támogatása.
    c) Ingyenes oktatás az önkormányzati alsó-, közép- és felsőfokú tanintézményekben, a felvételi vizsga és a létszámkeret eltörlése.
    d) Végrehajtó intézmény vezetője nem lehet gazdasági vállalkozásban érdekelt.
    e) Az emberi személyiség szabadságát és méltóságát sértő jogszabályok, rendeletek és törvények eltörlése.
    f) Ingyen születés, ingyen temetés.

THE DRAFT PROGRAMME OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR MINIMUM SUBSISTENCE LEVEL
 

1) EVERYONE HAS RIGHT TO OBTAIN SUBSISTENCE INCOME.

a) Minimum wage, child benefit, maternity leave, retirement pension, disability pension and unemployment benefit should not be below the minimum subsistence level.
b) Subsistence income is to be paid for the entire period of unemployment.
c) Those living on subsistence income should not pay income tax and should receive gratuitous health and retirement coverage.
d) Any additional income to those living on subsistence level, should be deducted from the sum of the subsistence income.

2) A NEUTRAL HUNGARY, WITHOUT AN ARMY.

a) Hungary should take a stand for complete disarmament and for the establishment of a Central European Neutral Zone, Devoid of Armed Forces.
b) Hungary will refer any of its international conflicts to the UN., i.e., to supranational courts; security will be warranted by the UN.
c) Hungary -- in case of necessity -- will place medical units at the UN's disposal.
d) The Hungarian military industry should be cut down, along with all the attendant industries and trade in arms.

3) THE SYNCHRONIZATION OF NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, LOCALITY AND MINORITY PROTECTION.

a) Representational Democracy should be replaced by Direct Democracy.
b) Local authorities should provide increased support for culture, municipal institutions of education, autonomous communities, communicational infrastructure and an environment-friendly economy.
c) Primary, secondary and university education should be free; entrance examinations and prescribed numbers of students should also be abolished.
d) A public officer of an executive institution may not hold interest in any firm or undertaking.
e) Each rule of law that infringes individual human freedom and dignity should be abolished.
f) Birth for free, burial for free.

THE LIVING WAGE ASSOCIATION: AN OUTLINE

1. THE LIVING WAGE IS A RIGHT.

a) Neither the minimum wage, maternity benefits and leave, retirement pay, disability pension nor unemployment benefits may be less than the living wage.
b) The living wage must be guaranted for the full period of an individual's unemloyment.
c) Those subsisting on the living wage pay no income tax, and receive free health and retirement insurance.
d) Those subsisting on the living wage deduct any other income from the amount of their living wage benefit.

2. A NEUTRAL, DEMILITARIZED HUNGARY.

a) Hungary shall press for a complete disarmament, and the creation of a demilitarized, neutral zone in Central Europe.
b) Hungary shall refer all of its international conficts to the United Nations or to the international courts; the United Nations would guarantee her security.
c) Hungary will, in case of need, put health service teams at the disposal of the United Nations.
d) The arms industry in Hungary, and all of its partner industries, as well as commerce in arms, shall be terminated.

3. THE HARMONIZATION OF ALL HUMAN ACTIVITIES TOWARD THE PROTECTION OF NATURE, OF THE LIVING ENVIRONMENT, AND OF MINORITIES.

a) A direct democracy instead of a representative one.
b) Greater state support for culture, national educational institutions, the communications infrastructure, autonomous communities, and an environment-friendly economy.
c) Free education in the state's primary, middle, and higher educational institutions, with an elimination of entrance exams and attendance limits.
d) Any member of government, representative, or any high-ranking official of any state or local institution may not be director of any other administrative institution, and must not have a vested interest in the operations of any large financial enterprise.
e) Elimination of any low, regulation, or decree that is damaging to the freedom or dignity of the individual.
f) Free birth, free burial.
