To address the changing needs of the local NGO community, the CSDF Hungary aims to provide high-quality services on a continuous basis. Based on the environmental analysis and the ongoing assessment of needs, the CSDF Hungary is continuously developing more specialized and unique services to create and fulfill niches in the Hungarian nonprofit market.

In the next three years of service provision the CSDF will focus on the sustainability of the civil sector by

a.) providing organizational capacity building through NGO management training and consultancy

b.) offering sector-wide programs to facilitate partnerships among the NGO, the business and the government sectors and contribute to the creation of an "enabling" environment for sustainable development
