TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT

Dear President,
Representatives of Kairos from many peoples and nations have noted with dismay that the Euro-MPs are not interested in the problems of their peoples. An international community cannot merely have an economic dimension - this would be to the detriment of the poor. Do the parliamentarians want to carry out this process with as little interest as shown these representatives? Were you afraid to listen to the poor speaking of their need?
