Zoltán Szegedy-Maszák


b. 1969 in Budapest, Hungary. Studied at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts 1988-92, at the Faculty of Painting, with Gábor Nagy and Dóra Maurer. Received degree in Painting in 1992, when he also began teaching Computer Studies at the Intermedia Department. Received degree in Intermedia in 1994, when he also began to teach Computer Animation at the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts. Between 1994-96 taught Computer Studies at the Postgraduate Video & Telecommunications program of the Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences (ELTE) Budapest. Since 1996, working for C3: Center for Culture & Communication, and since 1997, Associate Professor at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts, Intermedia Department.
