This year's awards, selected by panel review from 20 proposals, will enable 6 artists and arts managers to undertake projects in the United States.

Awards went to: Boris Bakal of Zagreb, Croatia and Katarina Pejovic of Ljubljana, Slovenia who will work with The Kitchen in New York City on a multimedia performance project; Jaroslaw Flicinski of Gdansk, Poland who will be in residence at the Chinati Foundation in Marfa, Texas; video artist Kai Kaljo of Tallinn, Estonia who will work with the Center for Research in Computing and the Arts at the University of California, San Diego; visual artist Andreja Kuluncic of Zagreb, Croatia who will undertake a project at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota; and dance arts manager Cosmin Manolescu of Bucharest, Romania who will work with dance companies and presenting organizations in Pittsburgh, New York, Philadelphia, and San Francisco.
