Born 1947, Vinkovci, Croatia, graduated from the School of Applied Arts (Graphics Department) in 1968, and in 1970 from the Teachers Training Collage in Zagreb; in 1981 graduated from the Faculty of Arts (Department of Education); from 1971 until 1977 professor of cinematography and programmer at the Electronic Workshop of the Teachers College in Zagreb; from 1977 until 1991 manager of the Centre for Multimedia Research at the Students Centre, University of Zagreb; since 1991 has worked as a manager of the "artKINO" for Filmoteka 16 in Zagreb. Since 1996 teaching at the Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts.
"During the last few years I have been committed to building up my own ‘artistic landscape’ according to the principles of traditional agriculture and experiences by Claude Monet (Life at Giverny), Béla Hamvas, Masanobu Fukuoka, Bill Mollison, Rut Stout…
Since 1995, I am working on the introduction of the permaculture principles and organize agriculture consciousness in Croatia by a Permaculture Center for Croatia."
