Via the Programme, the local VSBP provides VSOC with payment, at a rate to be determined, and will cover all expenses involved in maintaining the Project, plus an annual rental for the privilege of being identified with selected Project. This rental will be a sum that an appropriate section within the organization will be empowered to spend on necessary works. That will be reported to VSOC and available for scrutiny by VSBP. How exactly the funds are employed is entirely at the discretion the organization itself. The VSOC - if appropriate, and if desired - may wish to provide advice in a wide variety of areas were it to prove beneficial for VSBP.
